We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Client Growth Manager.

About this Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven individual with expertise in sales, project management and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to think critically and strategically, and have experience in a similar capacity within a media or technology agency.

Your key responsibilities will include representing our services in Melbourne, growing business profitably by acquiring new clients, developing tailored solutions for clients, and identifying opportunities and challenges across functions and businesses.

You will also simplify complexity through compelling narrative that resonates with partners and clients, leveraging your exceptional project management experience to manage stakeholders nationally.

In addition, you will contribute to the growth and success of our business by working closely with our Head of Customer Success and GM of Growth to drive revenue and expansion.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a media or technology agency
  • Proven track record of achieving targets in challenging sales environments
  • Strong project management experience, managing stakeholders nationally
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with big data platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) is beneficial
  • Strong understanding of marketing cloud platforms is advantageous
