Key Responsibilities- Achieve maximum sales, profitability, and growth by increasing share of wallet customer spend in the region.
- Build an impactful sales organization and accelerate the development of high-potential employees; set expectations and hold team members accountable.
- Use metrics and strong funnel management to drive focus on prospecting, new deals, and business growth.
- Cultivate resilience by helping the organization follow through on commitments despite setbacks.
- Creates an inclusive environment by soliciting alternative views from the team.
- Evaluate current sales structure for performance, alignment, and market coverage.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new reps to address gaps and drive growth in underserved territories or verticals.
- Develop and maintain sales strategy and business plans as a roadmap for go-to-market program development.
- Deliver forecasts to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate and lead programs to drive new product launches to success and broaden market penetration.
- Use business systems and other tools for direct planning, problem solving, and reporting of results against goals.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, validated experience in relationship management, metrics, technical sales, and leadership of sales teams. They should also possess exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, be self-motivated, responsible, detail-oriented, and skilled at multi-tasking.
