About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers and distributors, identifying new market opportunities, and driving sales revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain key relationships with healthcare providers and distributors, including key decision-makers and opinion leaders.
  • Represent Haines Medical Group in developing and maintaining key relationships with corporate accounts and hospital groups.
  • Develop strategic pricing strategies for key corporate accounts and hospital groups.
  • Identify new market opportunities for Haines Medical Group.
  • Initiate and facilitate discussions with foundational customers for new product lines.
  • Grow sales revenue by identifying and converting sales opportunities with new and existing customers in a designated territory.
  • Initiate discussions with customers about new products to generate sales opportunities.
  • Manage product trials, including product evaluation forms.
  • Provide training, education, and in-servicing on Haines Medical Group products.
  • Manage sales pipeline and ensure accurate recording of all related data, including CRM system.
  • Seek customer feedback to inform new product development.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to resolve customer or product complaints.
