Job Opportunity

This role provides expert advice and support to leaders and staff across a health district.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with managers to build workforce capability aligned with business goals.
  • Guide leaders through performance, talent, and change management processes to drive success.
  • Advise on complex workforce matters including grievances, disputes, and industrial issues to ensure effective resolution.

Requirements

This position requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have expertise in industrial relations, performance management, and organisational change.

A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field is essential, along with significant experience in a similar role. The ability to think critically and strategically is also highly valued.
