Strategic Business Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Advisor to drive business growth and improvement.

About the Role:

  • Analyse organisational structures, policies, systems, and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct research, benchmarking, and data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop recommendations on organisational change, restructuring, and resource optimisation.
  • Assist management in developing and implementing strategies, policies, and business plans that align with organisational goals.
  • Design and implement new processes and practices to improve overall efficiency and performance.
  • Advise on business improvement initiatives including workforce planning, operational performance, and resource allocation.
  • Prepare detailed reports and proposals with practical and actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Minimum years of advisory/management consulting experience in a similar role
  • Australian citizens and permanent residents encouraged to apply

Compensation Package:

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
