Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to play a pivotal role in supporting the business and people leadership teams within a dynamic organization.

This position is responsible for delivering best practice services and advice on people leadership matters, driving the implementation of strategic, transformational, and cultural workforce initiatives that align with organizational goals.

The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor, providing tailored approaches to address people management issues and serving as a coach mentor to managers and supervisors within the business.

In this role, you will act as a conduit between business partnering and the broader People and Culture team, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary level qualifications in Human Resource Management, Commerce/Business, or Psychology, or equivalent work experience demonstrating expertise in human resources practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in partnering with the business and coaching managers to drive results-oriented solutions.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary human resources practices, including employment-related legislation, awards, policies, and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Highly developed communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate agreements.
