We're seeking an expert in workforce planning to lead our team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping how we plan, manage, and optimise our workforce across multiple sites.

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our workforce planning team. As a Workforce Planning Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring labour is used effectively, directly supporting the quality of our programs, the sustainability of our operations, and the wellbeing of our teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Labour is aligned to operational needs and optimised across all resources.
  • Workforce planning tools, systems, and processes are embedded across all sites.
  • Efficient rosters are achieved through skills development and coaching.
  • Rosters are completed in advance, aligned to operational needs and compliance requirements.
  • Stakeholders are empowered through coaching, collaboration, and expertise.

As a trusted advisor to our leadership teams, you will play a key role in aligning labour decisions and strategies with our broader goals.

Your Key Accountabilities
  • Lead and continuously improve rostering, staffing, and labour management practices.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for efficiency.
  • Provide coaching to develop workforce planning capability within the organisation.
  • Monitor and manage usage of casual and agency staff.
  • Contribute to strategic workforce initiatives.
  • Act as an escalation point for operational staffing challenges.
  • Support scalable and sustainable labour models.
