Key Responsibilities
  • Scale our technology platforms and team to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Understand and represent user needs, liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements, and translate them into actionable tasks for the development team.
  • Investigate new services through market research and innovation, conduct data analysis to identify trends, assess performance, and provide insights for decision making.
  • Utilise marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance customer engagement strategies.
  • Outline roadmap, set priorities, and drive features through their entire lifecycle: ideation, definition, development, release, analysis, and iteration.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage a team of developers, UX/UI designers, and IT support, documenting user stories and coordinating projects, and ensuring effective collaboration and project delivery.
  • Work closely with wider teams and have a strong focus on the customer journey and funnel metrics.
  • Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop product knowledge for technical support and product training, defining product vision, creating and maintaining the product backlog, and prioritising features.
  • Create advanced analytical reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in business analysis or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and techniques.
  • Experience with marketing funnels, building websites, and mobile apps.
  • Hands-on development experience.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
