About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team at the Small Animal Specialist Hospital (SASH). As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for end-to-end internal recruitment processes across our network of specialist and emergency veterinarian hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the industry
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop tailored recruitment plans
  • Source, screen, and select candidates for various roles, including front-of-house staff, clinical, and group services positions
  • Utilize exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent
  • Excellent work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to work autonomously, show initiative, and work productively within a team environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt easily to change and prioritize multiple tasks and meet multiple deadlines
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or business
