About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Arnott's, a leading consumer goods company. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving our performance marketing strategy, with a focus on bottom-funnel optimization through paid social media, digital ads, and email direct marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Paid Social Strategy: Develop and execute targeted paid social campaigns to drive bottom-funnel conversions, leveraging platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social channels.
  • Paid Digital Ads: Create, manage, and optimize paid digital ad campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, display networks, and programmatic advertising, to ensure effective bottom-funnel performance.
  • Website Management: Oversee the daily operations and performance of the website, ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and engaging.
  • EDM & CRM: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, manage CRM systems to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • SEO & UX Improvement: Implement strategies to improve website SEO and user experience, ensuring seamless navigation and optimized content.
  • D2C: Build future D2C strategy, execute the plan in collaboration with the brand team, and manage and drive commercial sales.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing or e-commerce, with a focus on managing paid social, digital ad campaigns, and website.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, UX principles, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, EDM platforms, and content management.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and agencies.
