About the Role

As a Business Development Specialist, you will leverage your sales expertise to drive growth and expand Accept Care's market presence in the Aged Care Sector. Your primary objective will be to cultivate new client relationships, secure referrals, and successfully onboard Home Care Package (HCP) clients, enabling them to benefit from individualized care plans and professional support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth
  • Engage with potential clients and families to develop and maintain relationships
  • Develop and present tailored proposals to health organizations, community groups, and other referral sources
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure organizational objectives are aligned and support the Business Development function
  • Negotiate contracts and onboard clients to achieve revenue targets
Requirements
  • Recent and substantial experience in an autonomous sales role
  • Shared ethics of honesty, compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence
  • Experience and understanding of the aged care sector or related healthcare fields are desirable
  • Evidence of the ability to drive sales within a regulated environment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary certifications, including DHS NDIS worker check, WWCC, NPC, and a current driver's license
