About the Role

As a Business Development Specialist at Entrée Recruitment, you will leverage your sales expertise to drive growth and expand our presence in the Aged Care Sector. You will foster new client relationships, securing referrals and successfully onboarding Home Care Package (HCP) clients to benefit from our independent lifestyle and professional support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth
  • Engage with potential clients and families to develop and manage relationships
  • Develop and present tailored proposals to health organisations, community groups, and other referral sources
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure organisational objective alignment and support the BD function
  • Negotiate contracts and onboard to achieve revenue targets

Requirements

  • Recent and substantial experience in an autonomous sales role
  • Shared ethics of honesty, compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence
  • Experience and understanding of the aged care sector or related healthcare fields are desirable
  • Evidence of the ability to drive sales within a regulated environment
  • Ability to gain and hold necessary certifications and licenses
