Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with our organisation's goals and objectives.
  • Lead the design and implementation of HR systems and processes to support business outcomes.
  • Provide strategic and operational expertise on all people-related matters, including performance and talent management, organisational design and development, engagement, reward and recognition, and industrial relations and compliance.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and implement initiatives that position our organisation as an employer of choice.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, leaders, and external partners.
Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a proven track record of leading people strategy and operations in a similar role. You will have technical expertise in all elements of the HR function, including people strategy development, HRIS implementation, workplace relations, talent, leadership development, engagement, performance development, rewards, and payroll management. You will also possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and facilitate change.

As a person, you will be respectful, responsible, compassionate, and courageous, with an unwavering focus on excellence to achieve sustainable outcomes. You will have a diverse and varied industry experience, including prior experience working within organisations that are renowned for contemporary, best practice people programs.
