Head of People and Culture

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our People and Culture function, driving strategic initiatives that foster a high-performance culture and legacy.
About the RoleAs the Head of People and Culture, you will be responsible for shaping the future culture of our organization through effective talent acquisition, staff retention, performance management, employee engagement, and continuous learning and development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement human resources strategies, policies, and frameworks in accordance with legislative requirements and best industry practices.
- Support the Chief People Officer and the Executive Leadership Team, participating on relevant committees and contributing to risk management mitigation frameworks.
- Design and implement remuneration and rewards frameworks to attract and retain top talent, as well as build out capabilities.
- Develop succession planning and talent attraction strategies, including workforce planning and succession development.
- Lead the development and implementation of learning and development strategies to meet the growth objectives and capabilities needed by the organization.
- Implement IT systems and processes to improve organizational efficiency, and develop and implement cyber, data, and business continuity risk management frameworks and policies.
- Develop and implement workplace health and safety policies and employee relations in accordance with legislative requirements.
- Shape culture through the development and implementation of strategies that are inclusive and collaborative, with high levels of employee engagement.
- Proven successful track record of building and leading a high-performance People and Culture function within a highly regulated sector.
- Relevant Human Resources qualifications.
- Experience in dealing with and supporting C-suite executives and senior leaders.
- Gravitas, resilience, and change management skills within fast-paced environments.
