About the Role

Bravura Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of People and Culture to lead our People and Culture team across Australia, New Zealand, and India. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for executing our people strategy, fostering a positive culture, and driving business outcomes through effective talent management, reward, engagement, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the APAC People and Culture team, providing coaching and support to ensure their success.
  • Contribute to the development of our people and talent strategy, aligned with future business goals and Bravura values.
  • Partner with the Global Reward, Talent, and Operations team to deliver meaningful business outcomes and people experiences.
  • Lead local People and Culture teams through annual people cycles, ensuring people leaders are equipped to create a highly engaged working environment.
  • Initiate change projects and improvements within the APAC People and Culture team, ensuring legal compliance and best practice.
  • Lead restructuring activities, including management of headcount, restructure process, risk mitigation, and communication to leaders.
  • Attend and contribute to APAC leadership team meetings, offsite workshops, and monthly executive reviews.

Requirements:
  • Experience as a Head of People and Culture or People and Culture Manager leading global teams or different business units in various geographies.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to transition from strategic thought leadership to operational delivery.
  • Experience across areas of People and Culture, including Change Management, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Reward, Performance, Diversity, and Inclusion.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly and coach and influence at a senior level.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of data accuracy and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
