Beverage Industry Senior Account Manager Opportunity

ADM is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Account Manager to join our Beverage team in Australia and New Zealand.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in sales, relationship building, and leadership. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the beverage industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for the sales, service, and new business development of the consolidated ADM Nutrition portfolio to designated existing and new beverage customers/industries in the Australian and NZ market.
- Identify key business opportunities and develop action plans for increasing sales revenue.
- Act as the main Sales interface to existing and new customers, providing relevant support from the ADM product lines, managing customer sample requests, and coordinating activities between customer R&D, Marketing, and Procurement teams and ADM functional teams.
- Oversee the ordering, transportation, and delivery of products in conjunction with the ADM Supply Chain team.
- Prioritize projects through collaboration with Marketing, Flavour Creation, and CD&D organisation to ensure customer deadlines are met with high-quality submissions.
The successful candidate will have a minimum 10-15 years' experience in sales within the beverage and nutrition area, with deep knowledge of flavours and ingredients sales. They will also possess strong business acumen, analytical and strategic thinking, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to taste a variety of finished products and ingredients.

The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
