Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand our Beverage portfolio in Australia and New Zealand.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Lead a team of Account Managers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop action plans to capitalize on them.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform our sales strategy.
Your Profile
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Account Manager with a proven track record in the Beverage industry. You will have:
Minimum 10-15 years of sales experience in the Beverage sector, with deep knowledge of flavors and ingredients.A results-driven approach, with strong business acumen and a value-selling mindset.Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.What We Offer
