About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Cleanaway. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, understanding their needs, and providing customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth.
  • Nurture a portfolio of prominent clients and build a pipeline of new opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit tenders and quotes, manage contract renewals, and negotiations with key clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare sales presentations and regular reports on account status, revenue, and growth opportunities.
About You
  • Proven experience in an account management role within the Waste and/or service-based industry is desirable.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to find solutions and be decisive.
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can effectively prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and drive results.
  • Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, and experience with a Sales CRM is desirable.
  • Valid Driver's License (Unrestricted).
