The Role

We're seeking a Senior Development Manager to oversee the acquisition, design, approvals, sales and marketing, financing, and delivery of select land subdivision projects. This role is based in our Norwest or Beresfield offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and report on development outcomes and deliverables within agreed timeframes.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Manage concept designs and feasibility for potential acquisitions.
  • Lead coordination of consultants, authorities, house builders, contractors, financiers, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and lodge documentation for Council, State Government, and other authorities.
  • Monitor and analyze feasibility and cashflow projections to ensure financial aspects are up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of Development Management experience in planning, feasibility management, authority framework, project sales and marketing, civil design, and project construction delivery.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of market demand, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
  • Knowledge of feasibility and project funding, civil infrastructure, and WHS requirements.
