The Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team, responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing teams to ensure the effective delivery of land subdivision projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing project outcomes and deliverables within agreed timeframes.
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinating project design, approvals, and construction activities.
  • Providing civil project management expertise from inception to completion.
  • Managing authority submissions and approvals compliance.
  • Assisting in project scoping, design, cost analysis, and technical support.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in land subdivisions.
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Civil) or Construction Management.
  • Client-side, contractor, consultancy, or superintendent experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Sound conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
