As a Sales Relationship Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing strong relationships with our customers. This role involves identifying new sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and a passion for meeting and exceeding goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: As a subject matter expert for new and existing customers, you will forge trust and reliability by understanding their needs, anticipating challenges, and providing innovative solutions.
  • New Business: You will develop business and networking skills to drive new sales opportunities through the development and implementation of business development projects to drive revenue.
  • CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT: Work with existing clients to develop increased sales within the current network by targeting unrealised potential, training, coaching and motivating customers and their staff to greater sales results.
  • Drive Sales & Promotion: Develop strategic relationships with both existing and prospective customers to ensure maximum exposure of Pearson products and services.
  • Key Stakeholder management: Work closely with the relevant key stakeholder Marketing Managers, Content team, to gain the appropriate product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (ideal)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Negotiation and closing of sales skills
  • Strong Organisational and time management skills

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year
