We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Relationship Growth Manager to join our team at Red Smoke Alarms, one of the leading electrical manufacturers and distributors in Australia.

Your Role

As a Sales and Relationship Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing, growing, and managing client relationships and accounts within your territory. You will work closely with our sales teams to identify and grow revenue opportunities within your region. Your primary focus will be on generating leads across wholesalers (electrical predominately) and opening new accounts/branches. You will also be maintaining and building strong existing relationships to increase new accounts, purchasing frequency, and value.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a self-motivated, goal-driven individual with a strong foundation of sales and/or brand activation experience into the Trade (B2B). You should have a passion for sales and the trade industry, with excellent communication skills and a thirst for results. You must demonstrate exceptional professional relationship-building skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to confidently provide the 'pitch' and back yourself at every turn. You will also need to identify opportunities with innovative solutions and be able to converse and present to all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating leads across wholesalers (electrical predominately) and opening new accounts/branches
  • Maintaining and building strong existing relationships to increase new accounts, purchasing frequency, and value
  • Developing and executing regionally and/or customer-specific promotional campaigns
  • Setting your agenda daily and tracking the sales growth and opportunities as you go
