Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Webfleet Solutions. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in your assigned territory.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated and ambitious individual to take their career to the next level. You will have the freedom to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy, and will be accountable for achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in your territory;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales revenue and identify new business opportunities;
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to ensure you are always ahead of the competition.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $80,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission and bonuses. You will also receive comprehensive training and development opportunities to help you succeed in your role.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field;
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, business development, or a related field;
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to build relationships and close deals;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Fluent English language skills.
