Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Exceptional Guest Experience: Demonstrate a passion for excellence by providing personalized service to guests, ensuring their requests are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Lead by Example: Embody the art of French hospitality by maintaining a positive attitude and promoting a culture of excellence within the kitchen team.
  • Operational Excellence: Perform tasks in a timely manner, ensuring all working areas are clean and tidy, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist other departments as needed, maintain good working relationships, and support senior chefs in menu preparation and inventory management.
  • Menu Execution: Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to established recipes and Sofitel F&B brand standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all service and brand standards are met during service hours.
