Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cold Larder Chef de Partie to join our team at 21c Museum Hotels. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and execute daily mise en place, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our menu offerings, including open buffet, plated lunch and dinner, and high-end wedding plated food operations.
  • Collaborate with Sous-Chefs and Executive Chef to create innovative and healthy salads, sandwiches, dressings, hors d'oeuvres, vinaigrette, and garnishes.
  • Supervise and prepare all baked goods, pastries, and desserts in accordance with established recipes.
  • Maintain high levels of communication between Sous-Chefs and Chef de Parties, ensuring seamless execution of kitchen operations.
  • Operate in accordance with HACCP standards at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a high-volume 5-star luxury hotel kitchen.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a high-stress environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
