The Role

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to join our Global Implementation team in Sydney. As an Implementation Manager, you will work closely with customers to implement and drive the adoption of our global products. You will leverage your domain expertise and knowledge of our products to deliver a seamless implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with customers to understand their needs and implement our products
  • Develop and manage customer expectations, ensuring timely and effective implementation
  • Drive customer adoption and timelines, aligning with our implementation best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and products
  • Live and breathe our company values, prioritizing customer safety and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Australian-based payroll, HR, or finance
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Australian labour laws and payroll requirements
  • Proven project management experience, deploying multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively
