As a key player in client engagement, the Implementation Project Manager oversees the entire implementation process from initiation to completion. This role serves as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive expert guidance and support throughout their journey with Avetta.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the comprehensive implementation process for new clients and expansions for existing clients.
  • Facilitate and conduct the initial client kick-off meeting, typically in person.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of client configuration and business requirements documentation, securing necessary approvals including user acceptance testing.
  • Establish, manage, and achieve project plan objectives while adhering to internal processes and timelines to meet both client and Avetta expectations.
  • Present and implement best practice workflows tailored to client needs, aligning their internal processes with the Avetta platform.
  • Actively engage in and oversee the contractor/supplier onboarding process, maintaining communication with all stakeholders.
  • Differentiate between standard and non-standard configuration use cases.
  • Confirm that internal testing of configurations and developed functionalities is completed successfully.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on implementation processes, workflows, timelines, and industry best practices.
  • Continuously assess and enhance both new and existing client implementation processes and procedures.
  • Provide constructive product feedback regarding client requirements, product limitations, and potential enhancements to the product management team.
  • Maintain and update all implementation project resource documentation.
  • Offer mentorship and coaching to fellow Implementation Project Managers and assist in training new team members.

  • Ability to hold team members accountable, ensuring adherence to deadlines and escalation processes.
  • Skilled in analyzing and refining current processes and protocols, with the ability to adapt to changes in a dynamic global business environment.
  • Capability to identify, engage, and manage essential resources, including personnel and financial assets.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is advantageous.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • A minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the software or SaaS industry is required.
  • Experience with project management software such as MS Project, Jira, or equivalent is necessary.
