Key Responsibilities- Manage customer interactions, documentation issuance, review, and system setups to ensure timely and accurate delivery of account opening functions.
- Develop and implement high-level project management skills, including financial cost management, to drive business objectives without compromising on controls and risk parameters.
- Collaborate with internal and external business partners to understand client requirements and implement them correctly.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and service level, driving process changes and providing innovative solutions to clients.
- Establish and maintain a robust processing environment with effective controls, ensuring a culture of risk and controls within the team.
- Develop and implement performance matrices to track defects, productivity, and clean audit results.
- Manage new projects, ensuring smooth cutover with minimized risks, and engage in project planning, including cost management.
- Develop training content, materials, and trackers for the migration, and support training for new staff.
- Evaluate subordinates' performance and make recommendations for pay increases, promotions, terminations, etc.
- Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
- 6-10 years of experience in documentation review, account maintenance, and related cash products.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or economy.
- Good interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with internal and external business partners.
- Consistent demonstration of clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including financial cost management skills.
- Advanced execution skills in a multi-tasking mode, with exposure to customer service and handling of system, testing, and rollouts.
- Ability to achieve business objectives without compromising on controls and risk parameters established.
- Ability to interact confidently with senior management and/or regulators.
- Ability to coach and develop people, identifying and retaining talent.
- Proficient knowledge of English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree.
