Job Title: Implementation Manager

We're seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to join our team. As an Implementation Manager, you'll work closely with our merchants to design and implement payment solutions that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement payment solutions for our merchants, ensuring technical integrity and quality.
  • Work closely with our sales team to propose technical solutions to potential merchants.
  • Consult with merchants on how to optimize payments using the Adyen platform.
  • Collaborate with our product development team to gather feedback and evaluate merchant needs.
  • Travel to support our merchants and interface with other global offices.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex solutions.
  • Experience with Web APIs, software development, and internet technologies.
  • Good understanding of the payments industry and technical processes.
  • Excellent communication and commercial impact awareness.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Fluent in English; additional language capabilities a bonus.
