Business Implementation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Implementation Manager. As a key member of our Channels team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and delivery of major projects across our Wholesale Payments Business (WPB) that impact Channels.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand change impacts and drive successful implementation of process changes.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Channels procedures, processes, and systems.
- Identify and rectify inefficient or incorrect procedures to optimize key performance indicators.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver business requirements at pace and with minimum conflict.
- Drive a high-performance culture through strong leadership and effective people management.
- Strong understanding of channel dynamics, including procedures, processes, and systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management experience and ability to calibrate with other departments.
- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good planning and prioritization skills, with prior project management experience and familiarity with tools preferred.
- Documentation and change management experience.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiating skills.
