Customer Service Coordinator for Residential Services

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator for Residential Services. This pivotal role will involve undertaking administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service to Veolia's council customers and residents.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers, working closely with internal operations teams to maintain accurate data, records, and files related to residential services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, managing emails, scheduling bin repairs, preparing daily maintenance run sheets, and entering data into customer service reports.
Key Responsibilities- Answer and manage incoming calls received in the residential call centre
- Action all emails received in Council inboxes same day
- Schedule bin repairs in ECHO system
- Prepare daily bin maintenance run sheets
- Enter daily data into customer service report for responsible Council customers
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in an administrative and customer service based role
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to manage difficult customers and set service expectations
- Accuracy and attention to detail
