About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Financial Governance Professional to join our Finance Partnering Bulk division.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial oversight and governance, ensuring the sound financial standing of our operations.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Monitoring functional outcomes and financial performance indicators to inform business decisions.
  • Providing guidance and support on financial matters such as budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting.
  • Implementing and improving financial models, systems, and processes to optimize fiscal management.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve strategic financial objectives.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in a finance-related discipline (mandatory).
  • Certification as a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or Chartered Management Accountant (CMA) (mandatory).
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar financial support role.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial accounting concepts, practices, and systems (including SAP and Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and present practical financial information.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
