The Role

We are seeking a high-achieving Key Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team in Brisbane or surrounding areas. This role would be ideal for someone passionate about joining a high-growth start-up in the fintech/non-bank lending space and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of our small team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Executive Team, contribute to business growth, and directly impact Bridgit's success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a significant portion of the Queensland market, focusing primarily on one of our most important aggregator partners, while also supporting broker networks and other partners.
  • Establishing Bridgit as the leading bridging finance solution to the broker market, leveraging your relentless pursuit of growth and excellence.
  • Building strong relationships with all on-panel aggregators.
  • Educating the channel on bridging finance and our unique solution through tailored presentations and workshops.
  • Representing Bridgit at industry events and conferences.
  • Meeting and surpassing targets set for performance.

A bit about you:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the 3rd party mortgage channel, preferably with expertise in non-bank lending.
  • Possess a strong network of aggregators, brokers, and lenders within the NSW market.
  • Demonstrate a friendly, energetic, authentic, and helpful approach to work.
  • Showcase exceptional relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
  • Exhibit attention to detail and a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Demonstrate a passion for learning and development, with a willingness to take ownership of your area of responsibility.
  • Display commercial acumen, providing valuable insights and strategic direction.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment, ideally with prior experience in a start-up, operations, or tech company.

Salary: AU$100,000 - AU$120,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
