About The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Key Account Manager - Specification to join our team based in Murarrie, Brisbane. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving the sales budget for our specification business. This role requires strong business development and planning skills, as well as the ability to establish and maintain strategic business partnerships.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Achieving budgeted sales and gross margins through effective sales strategies and relationship management.
- Developing and managing the specification/commercial opportunities to drive growth and market share.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of the architectural specification market and staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
- Demonstrating product effectiveness to various stakeholders and building strong relationships with major builders and architects.
About You
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of achieving sales and growth goals. You will have experience within the architectural specification market and possess excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills. Your commercially astute approach to decision-making and presentation will enable you to build strong connections with clients and colleagues alike.
