Job Title: Technical Program Manager, Asia Pacific

The position requires a seasoned technical program manager to oversee the regulatory requirements and dependencies for Kuiper's satellite constellation. The successful candidate will have experience in managing complex licensing schedules, driving business discussions, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and manage complex licensing schedules and dependencies at scale, ensuring timely delivery of services;
  • Build and automate reporting mechanisms to facilitate transparency and efficiency;
  • Manage tools and dashboards to provide up-to-date program management status to stakeholders;
  • Extract regulatory compliance requirements from license authorizations and assign responsibilities accordingly;
  • Catalyze process improvements to enhance business delivery and minimize risks;
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of experience in technical product or program management, with a strong background in telecommunications regulation;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in driving business discussions and aligning teams;
  • Proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced, dynamic environments;
  • Experience using project management tools, data analytics, and metrics-driven decision making;
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with licensing telecommunications systems globally;
  • Knowledge of non-geostationary satellite communications systems;
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant field;
