We are seeking a seasoned Regulatory Program Manager to spearhead the licensing efforts for our constellation of Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites.

About the Role
  • Spearhead licensing schedules and dependencies at scale, driving teams to deliver against service availability objectives;
  • Develop and automate reporting mechanisms as a force multiplier;
  • Manage tools and dashboards to provide transparent program management status to customers and stakeholders;
  • Extract regulatory compliance requirements from license authorizations, assign responsibilities, and assess risks;
  • Catalyze efficiencies and process improvements for faster business delivery;

This position requires close collaboration with Regulatory country leads, other TPMs, Legal, Business, Ground Infrastructure, Engineering, and Export Control teams to ensure alignment on a country and regional basis.

The successful candidate will have a well-rounded technical background in satellite communications and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and manage complex licensing schedules and dependencies at scale;
  • Build, organize, and automate reporting mechanisms;
  • Manage tools and dashboards;
  • Extract regulatory compliance requirements;
  • Communicate clearly and concisely;
  • Catalyze efficiencies;

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with limited guidance across the APAC Region and its diverse regulatory frameworks.

About the Team

The Regulatory Team obtains licenses for our services and advocates for rules and policies that benefit our customers.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of technical product or program management experience;
  • 6+ years of experience driving business and technical discussions/alignment;
  • 3+ years of Telecommunications regulatory experience;
  • Experience using project management tools;
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvement;
