Technical Program Manager (TPM), APAC, Kuiper Regulatory

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our team in the Asia Pacific region. The TPM will work closely with other leaders within the Regulatory Team and across Kuiper to manage the technical and regulatory requirements and dependencies, ensuring our licensing roadmaps for each country enable on time service delivery at scale.

The TPM will be responsible for defining and managing complex licensing schedules and dependencies at scale, driving teams to deliver to meet service availability objectives. Additionally, they will build, organize and automate reporting mechanisms as a force multiplier, manage tools and dashboards to provide transparent program management status to all customers and stakeholders, extract regulatory compliance requirements from license authorizations, assign responsibilities, and assess risks.

The ideal candidate will have successfully managed multi-discipline, telecommunications project initiatives; will have a well-rounded technical background in satellite communications; and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. They should also have experience using and customizing project management tools, using data and metrics to drive improvement, and knowledge of non-geostationary satellite communications systems.
