Job Title: Technical Project Manager, Asia Pacific

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead the regulatory licensing process for our constellation of Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites in the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will have strong technical and program management skills, with experience in telecommunications regulation and project management tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and manage complex licensing schedules and dependencies at scale.
  • Build, organize, and automate reporting mechanisms to drive team efficiency.
  • Manage tools and dashboards to provide transparent program management status to all customers and stakeholders.
  • Extract regulatory compliance requirements from license authorizations, assign responsibilities, and assess risks.
  • Communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately, both written and verbally.
  • Catalyze efficiencies and process improvements for faster business delivery.
  • Set a course in the face of ambiguity to deliver independently, asking the right questions, clearing blockers, and escalating appropriately.

Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 6+ years of experience driving business and technical discussions/alignment, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • 3+ years of Telecommunications regulatory experience.
  • Experience using and customizing project management tools.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvement.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience with licensing telecommunications systems globally.
  • Knowledge of non-geostationary satellite communications systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or other relevant discipline (e.g., communications).
  • Experience using and customizing Smartsheet.
