Job Overview:

The Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) will lead the technical and regulatory aspects of launching a constellation of Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites. This includes managing licensing roadmaps for each country, ensuring timely service delivery at scale.

">Responsibilities:
  1. Define and manage complex licensing schedules and dependencies
  2. Build, organize, and automate reporting mechanisms to drive efficiency
  3. Manage tools and dashboards to provide transparent program management status
  4. Extract regulatory compliance requirements and assess risks
  5. Catalyze efficiencies and process improvements
  6. Set a course in the face of ambiguity and deliver independently

About the Role:

As a Sr. TPM, you will own tracking and managing cross-functional licensing schedules, archiving license records, and ensuring compliance with license conditions. You will work closely with Regulatory country leads, other TPMs, Legal, Business, Ground Infrastructure, Engineering, and Export Control teams.

">Requirements:
  • 6+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 6+ years of experience driving business and technical discussions/alignment, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • 3+ years of Telecommunications regulatory experience
  • Experience using and customizing project management tools
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvement

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with licensing telecommunications systems globally, knowledge of non-geostationary satellite communications systems, and a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant discipline.
