About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Leadership professional to join our Pacific team as a Strategic Account Director, Store Partners. This role will be responsible for leading the development and execution of retail strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experiences in the Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute retail strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experiences in the Pacific region.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Nike Store Partners and internal teams.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and analytics data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail leadership or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer experiences.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze sales and analytics data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office suite.
