We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Account Leader to join our Nike Stores team in the Pacific region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, elevating the consumer experience, and expanding our brand presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forge strong relationships with Nike Partner stores to drive business growth and elevate the consumer experience
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive seasonal priorities and expand brand presence
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Go To Market (GTM) gates and customer alignment
  • Drive sustainable, profitable growth and elevate Nike within the retail landscape
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject or minimum 5 years' experience in a relevant role or industry
  • Retail or commercial management and marketplace expertise in retail stores, sales, digital, real estate, franchise model management, and financial acumen
  • Understanding of the Pacific sport and retail landscape, with knowledge of sports apparel and footwear market preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive approach
  • Ability to partner, influence, and communicate effectively in a complex matrix environment
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with experience building content and working across multiple teams
  • Comprehensive understanding of retail/business/commercial metrics and KPIs
