Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic account plan to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with NSP Retail Partners to ensure alignment with Nike's strategic direction
- Lead the x-functional team through seasonal execution of Go To Market (GTM) gates and customer alignment to drive seasonal priorities
- Drive sustainable, profitable growth and elevate Nike within the retail landscape
- 5+ years of experience in retail leadership or account management, preferably in the sports apparel and footwear industry
- Strong commercial knowledge and understanding of the Pacific retail landscape
- Proven ability to partner, influence, and communicate effectively in a complex matrix environment
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with experience building content and working across multiple teams
- Comprehensive understanding of retail and business metrics and KPIs
