Key Responsibilities
- Lead integrated communications programs for clients in your portfolio, ensuring successful campaign execution and delivery of business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client contacts, understanding their business needs and developing strategic solutions to drive business growth.
- Grow the portfolio's revenue through proactive business development and account management activities.
- Manage and develop a team of account managers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and digital, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize results.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the client's business, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform strategic recommendations.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a senior account management or leadership role, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical agency.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, and building strong client relationships.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of account managers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
