Strategic Account Director

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our award-winning team at Frankieone. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with our large clients, delivering exceptional results and exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and revenue
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve account goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to achieve business outcomes
- Proactively identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in account management, account executive, or partnership-related roles
- Proven track record of delivering results in complex business environments
- Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and thrive under pressure
- Experience working in banking, FinTech, SAAS, or identity verification industries
