About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Performance Manager to join our team at GTAL. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing in-depth analysis and insights into the national and local performance of one of our key service lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsibility for month end processes, financial analysis and reporting activities
  • Analysis of monthly results and reporting
  • Providing business insights to stakeholders
  • Preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts
  • Timely and accurate management accounting and financial reporting
  • Policy development
  • Risk management and compliance
  • Ad hoc projects & other duties to assist the Head of Business Performance, CFO & National Managing Partner
Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or a related discipline
  • CA/CPA qualified (desirable)
  • Minimum 5 years FP&A experience, ideally within a professional services environment
  • Strong computer skills, including advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Power BI experience (desirable)
  • Exceptional analytical & problem solving skills
  • Commercial acumen
  • Highly organised
  • Demonstrated initiative and follow through with projects
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Can-do, enthusiastic attitude
  • Strong team player
  • Accuracy and strong attention to detail
