Our client is a reputable, WA-founded brokerage firm with a rich history spanning over five decades. With a strong presence in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney, and Adelaide, they have established themselves as a trusted partner for businesses across various industries.
The Role:
- Manage a significant portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.
- Collaborate with the Senior Broker and Assistant Account Executive to facilitate a smooth workflow and achieve business objectives.
- Oversee the entire renewal cycle, from pre-renewal to placement, including negotiations with underwriters to secure favorable terms.
- Assist with claims management, working towards favorable settlements that benefit both the client and the firm.
- Identify opportunities for new business growth and develop strategies to capitalize on these leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date file management systems to ensure seamless client interactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive or 3+ years as an Assistant Broker.
- A strong desire to learn and develop skills, with a focus on career growth and professional development.
- Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
