Our client is a reputable, WA-founded brokerage firm with a rich history spanning over five decades. With a strong presence in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney, and Adelaide, they have established themselves as a trusted partner for businesses across various industries.

The Role:

  1. Manage a significant portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.
  2. Collaborate with the Senior Broker and Assistant Account Executive to facilitate a smooth workflow and achieve business objectives.
  3. Oversee the entire renewal cycle, from pre-renewal to placement, including negotiations with underwriters to secure favorable terms.
  4. Assist with claims management, working towards favorable settlements that benefit both the client and the firm.
  5. Identify opportunities for new business growth and develop strategies to capitalize on these leads.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date file management systems to ensure seamless client interactions.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive or 3+ years as an Assistant Broker.
  2. A strong desire to learn and develop skills, with a focus on career growth and professional development.
  3. Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
