Position Overview

The Business Performance Manager is a pivotal role within the Retail Excellence team, dedicated to the ongoing enhancement of business operations and key performance indicators (KPIs) to boost productivity. The selected candidate will engage with critical stakeholders within the organization and will be part of a vibrant and dynamic team, committed to excellence in daily operations. Responsibilities will encompass both medium- and long-term strategic initiatives, alongside the execution of day-to-day operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • In-depth Sales KPI Evaluation: Conduct thorough analyses of sales KPIs (TouchScreens, Appointments, HTO, Conversion & ASP) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement to maximize store performance.
  • Collaboration with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with various internal teams to ensure alignment and integration of performance strategies across the commercial landscape – REX, Sales, Marketing, HR & Finance.
  • Comprehensive Business Performance Management: Assume full responsibility for driving business performance in partnership with a cross-functional team focused on all key performance drivers.
  • Project Management: Oversee and implement both medium- and long-term projects aimed at improving business performance while addressing immediate operational requirements.
  • Cultivating Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovative solutions to business performance challenges.
  • Funnel Performance Monitoring: Track the average duration of each funnel segment, establish targets, verify achievements, and devise action plans as necessary.
  • Collaboration with IT and Supply Chain: Partner with IT, Supply Chain, and other organizational functions to minimize unproductive time and enhance the efficiency of our retail structure, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Protocol Compliance Assurance: Ensure that operational protocols are adhered to and executed effectively.
  • Sharing KPIs and Best Practices: Regularly disseminate KPIs and best practices among SOMs & ROMs, focusing on the KPIs and routines of our retail framework.
  • Enhancing In-Store Experience: Ensure an exceptional in-store customer experience by collaborating with the marketing department and serving as the liaison between Marketing and the Field Organization.
  • Staff Rostering Management: Develop and oversee efficient rostering for store personnel to guarantee optimal coverage and productivity in alignment with business needs, ensuring full collaboration between Sales, REX, Finance & HR.

Candidate Profile

  • Master's or bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Finance, Engineering, or Statistics.
  • Proficiency in managing complex data analyses with a focus on business impacts.
  • Strong command of the Office suite, particularly advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, statistical formulas) and PowerPoint for information presentation.
  • Operational knowledge of Power BI.
  • Experience in sectors and projects where performance optimization is crucial.
  • Prior experience in a global or international organization.
  • Desirable experience in the retail sector.
