We are seeking a highly skilled Business Performance Manager to join our Retail Excellence team at Bay Audio Australia, a brand of Amplifon. The Retail Excellence department aims to provide full control of key business and in-store KPIs to drive sales and productivity, hitting company targets and ensuring continuous funnel improvement through exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Detailed Sales KPI Analysis: Provide comprehensive analysis of sales KPIs (TouchScreens, Appointments, HTO, Conversion & ASP) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to optimize shop performance.
  • Partnership with Key Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of performance strategies across the commercial organization.
  • Drive End-to-end Business Performance: Take ownership in driving business performance in collaboration with a cross-functional team across all key drivers.
  • Project Management: Manage and execute projects aimed at enhancing business performance, addressing immediate operational needs, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor Funnel Performance: Monitor the average length of each funnel segment, set targets, verify achievement, and define action plans if required.
  • Collaborate with IT and Supply Chain: Work alongside IT, Supply Chain, and other company functions to reduce unproductive time and boost productivity.
  • Ensure Protocol Compliance: Ensure operative protocols are followed and executed appropriately.
  • Share KPIs and Best Practices: Regularly share KPIs and best practices among team members, focusing on KPIs and routines of our retail structure.
  • Enhance In-Store Experience: Guarantee the best in-store customer experience by working alongside the marketing department and acting as the connection point between Marketing and the Field Organization.
  • Rostering Store Staff: Develop and manage efficient rostering for store staff to ensure optimal coverage and productivity in line with business needs.
About You
  • Master or bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Finance, Engineering, or Statistics.
  • Expertise in managing complex data analysis, aligning to business impacts.
  • Excellent knowledge of Office package, with advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Operational knowledge of Power.
  • Experience in industries and projects where performance maximization is key.
  • Prior experience working in a global or international organization.
  • Previous experience in Retail is desirable.
