Your role as a Sales Support Officer:
You will play a key role in ensuring consistency with internal processes and delivering exceptional service in line with the organisation's values.
Your responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the sales team, including accurately processing quotes and orders, as well as upselling and cross-selling products.
- Managing inbound calls, general inquiries, and orders from both new and existing customers, with the ability to effectively resolve complex issues through problem-solving.
- Demonstrating initiative and contributing positively to the business culture and various internal departments.
A competitive remuneration package:
The salary range for this position is $65,000–$80,000 + superannuation, based on your experience. This includes two roster options to suit your lifestyle: 6:00 am–3:00 pm or 8:00 am–4:00 pm, free on-site parking, and comprehensive on-the-job training to set you up for success in the business.
