Rentokil Initial is seeking an enthusiastic professional to fill the role of Customer Service and Sales Consultant in our Adelaide office. This permanent full-time position offers a competitive salary, plus a generous bonus/commissions structure to reward individual and team performance.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, including the ability to display empathy and active listening skills. They must be capable of working with multiple web-based databases and email programs, as well as proficient in verbal and electronic communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To build strong relationships with customers, responding to their queries related to their bookings in an effective manner.
  • Proactively making outbound calls to our existing customers to promote our products and services.
  • To demonstrate experience in phone sales, converting enquiries into sales opportunities using excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy while scheduling appointments for residential customers.
  • Converting incoming enquiries into sales opportunities while working to deadlines, KPI's and meeting sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a call centre environment (essential).
  • Demonstrated experience in phone sales and converting enquiries into sales.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure while multitasking.
  • Proficient with communicating verbally and electronically.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment to support fellow colleagues.
  • Professional, reliable and punctual.
